Cute App, Terrible Service

This app would be great if the customer service was not so awful. There is a bug in the system where it will not restore your purchases to another device despite claiming to do so successfully. I purchased the "extras" on my phone to then transfer to my sons iPad. When it wouldn't work, I reached out to the company for assistance and I have had no response for over a week.
