If you liked this free Russian App (MSNBC just rated our Language Guide Series the #1 freebie iPhone language apps), then this is the next step for those wanting a bit more.
If you install this app expecting to learn the language with it, then forget about it, this app is not for you. You should go ahead n buy one of the many other apps that perhaps are more academivally oriented aviable. Now if you are into learning cultural phrases and common traveling words (such as hello, my name is, etc) which enables u to communicate in a minimum degree, then you should definitely get this app. Downloads fast, has not given me any technical trouble so far, and the ppl speakin' r quite clear. Great to do something when you are bored to dead n 'bout to hang yourself!!! ^_^
Срасйбо for this great app. It helped me with the accent and common phrases. Please do for Finnish, Polish, and Latvian! Спасйбо!
My english not good! But I look as Russian words are written by a Latin and fall from a chair (roll(on russians - "valyayus' ")) from laughter!!!! For example:HOW ARE YOU? - writing K'HAK DYEH-LA? - right Kak Dela? Thats all!!!! Russian is easier, than it seems to us!
I love this app! I learned more russian from this app in two days than taking 3 months of spanish class
I found this to be the one program allowing me to survive a conversation in Russian. I just wish it covered spelling like in the Turkish guide.
I didn't find it very useful except as a minor refresher in basic Russian. The guy speaking most of the dialogue sounds Australian and as such his pronunciation of some of the words is just horrible and therefore not something that will help the newer Russian speaker, unless of course you were learning to speak Russian with an Australian accent. The good news is it's free and not real intrusive with ads and such but if you get what you pay for I'd suggest one of the better reviewed paid apps.
The app is great if you r interested in learning some basics, very usefull if u can combine it with other methods of study, great for quick reference! Thanks and keep up da good work! ps. I wish all chapters had audio!
This app is fantastic it just needs a few more content. Pahshalosta! :)
