Its a great app very well formatted, only wish the aerobic side of it would be like the old addidas mycoach with already built programs with strenght and speed built in

Useless widget with issues: Information is cut off. Also, everyone seems to be opting in for a grey background, which doesn't look very good. The darker backgrounds look much better. The widget has never really been that useful, as it never seems to proactively update. Taping on "update" takes you into the app. Additionally, when in the app itself, it's only accurate with the day and date 2 days back. After that, it seems to skip a day and then every day backwards the day doesn't agree with the date. It's been like this for quite awhile.
