Helped my old legs

Generally a good app. I've had knee issues for several years. Physical therapy and injections didn't help. It took a while, but with doing these exercises, my knees are feeling better than they have in a long time. One enhancement I would like to see to all these Runtastic apps would be to have a button indicating the set was completed, allowing the app to move to the recover time. That way, it is possible to move on when I finish a set faster than the app expects. It is possible to bypass much of the recover time, but I'd prefer the ability to mark the set complete and allow the full recover time to start at the moment the set is marked as complete. Note, I have also been using the Runtastic apps for abs and butt. I'd like to see another app for arms, chest, and back - I currently use an app from someone else for those areas.

This is a great option if you can't get to the gym. I can do this workout in my home and it offers different workouts depending on your fitness level.

Great app for getting back in shape

I've been using this app for several weeks and I'm already seeing significant results. I'm in my mid-50s and only worked out intermittently in the last few years. I'm now using this and several other Runtastic apps every day. The increments are small but meaningful - I might be a bit sore on some days, but the next workout is never do daunting that I feel the need for extra recovery time. Great app(s)!


Log in issues

These apps make no sense when it comes to logging in. I have Runtastic on my iPhone I have Runtastic Legs on my iPad It WONT ALLOW me to use the same email or password! Is it NOT the same developers? Stupid stupid stupid. I tried logging out of iPhone app and go to iPad app, doesn't work. Tried to contact support but there is no where to send a simple question. Frustrating!!!


Worth it

Newbie-First Day

Coming from someone who aits behind a desk and vegges out at home after work, this is a great start to working out. I have been doing their 6 pack ab work out and love that too. Great for beginners. Office has a gym and trainer, but want to do this at home. I think I def want to keep going. Started to sweat just on my first round. Now I see why people complain about leg day LOL.

I'd give this 4.5 stars instead of 5 just because it doesn't provide any guidance on how to do the exercises (ex, lower back shld stay flat on the floor, etc) but otherwise I like it a lot. No excuses not to do leg exercises wherever I am (home or traveling)
