It actually works with your camera! I compared using a real sensor for heart rate, and this app at the same time, same results! Totally recommended ??

I love this app.! I've been needing to track my heart rate recently because of heath issues. This app. helped me to know that my heart rate was too high and that I needed to go to the ER! When I was at the ER I decided as they were checking my heart rate with their equipment to check this app. to see if it was accurate... and it was! It was spot on! I've been using this app. everyday since and I would recommend this app. to all my friends and family!❤️

Easy to use and good tool to measure your heart rate. Have checked its performance vs special equipment - less than 10% difference, which is really good!!!

Comparado contra una banda cardiaca de Garmin y la banda óptica de Scosche. Cuesta colocar el dedo para que empiece a medir, pero luego de algunos intentos funciona. No es necesario cubrir el flash con el dedo, pero si la cámara.
