When I first downloaded it this app worked great. Didn’t use it for several months and switched iPads now I keep receiving an software error message that caused it to abort. Well I paid for trails and now I cannot use the app. Very frustrated. And no support to fix this issue.

Sometimes it actually “moves” with my Schwinn elliptical, but most of the time it is completely stationary. It doesn’t show the mph or distance, and yes it is connected when it has these problems.

I run on treadmill at home everyday and this help me keep going. I use it with treadtracker which makes it more realistic

If you get a close look at the runners you’ll see ... A lot of those name are very old in network but when you request info about them... they are brand new every each time; Others, passing you in force but, their info says: 0 distance,0 runs...and speed 7m/h !?!? The sound it’s awful: the cars are like a hurricane and the bicycles are like chainsaw....if you choose the forest....wow! the sound is so repetitive!

Just an amazing piece of tech. I love that it syncs to Strava. The range and variety of maps was equal parts unexpected and awesome. I ride my trainer on Zwift but I run on Run social

I'm trying to find new ways to gain incentive and I think this program can do it. It's nice to see the other avatars gaining on you, catching up and then leaving you in the dust. I try and catch up with them. Between this app and playing my audiobooks or music , I've found a new way to enjoy my treadmill. What keeps me from giving a 5? Needs more scenic routes. Hope they add them soon!

Great app idea. I'm sure it will get better with time. Using only the "sensor mode" - which relies on vibrations from the treadmill to gauge pace and speed - was problematic. Despite numerous calibrations, pace was always off considerably (2mph differences). Also, seems to be some differential sensitivity to the buttons. When trying to calibrate, the +/- buttons required a lot of pushing to get them to register, but seems like if if you just barely grazed the "End Run" button it would end your run - with no option to cancel the "End Run". So, if developers are responsive to these issues, this could be a great app to make running on a treadmill more enjoyable. As it stands now, it was a lot of stop-and-go, stop-and-go, so easier to run without the app.

Aside from the pretty graphics and sound effects, it simply doesn’t work. I tried calibrating it automatically with the “step sensor” and it never matched the pace I was running at. Setting the pace manually is fine if you know you’re going to stay at that pace for the entire run but it makes for a dull a run. Pretty much worthless.

Straight up what the other reviewer said. Bug fix, please. Also, runners coming towards you are "leaning". However, if you are visual, if your treadmill is in your dreary basement, the distraction of the changing scenery and seeing "others" running, provides a nice distraction. Despite the flaws, I enjoy using this app.
