To log a run, double-tap or long-touch any calendar day. Then record:

This was a pretty good app. Latest update messed up the graph on the summary page (does not show all distances) Also, it still thinks a week is 8 days (Sunday to Sunday).
I’ve used this (in addition to my hard copy logs) for 5-6 years now. Never lost data. Easy to back up and transfer to new device. Easy to export data. Highly recommended.
I’ve used this app to log my runs for a decade. It’s been invaluable and user friendly with the ability to back up my data.
The weekly mileage feature does not calculate correctly once you start a new week. It calculate 8 days once the Monday mileage is entered. Other than that I love the app!!
A very basic way to log runs. I enjoy entering runs manually to keep track of weekly, monthly, yearly and lifetime trends and totals.
I love this app! When I got home from my first run over 7 years ago I downloaded this app to keep track of my new hobby. Since that day I have recorded every single run: 5k, 10k, Half Marathons, Marathons, Ultramarathons, and everything in between. Through this amazing journey this running log has been with me every step. It’s nice to be able to look back at all of my accomplishments over the days, months, and years, and see every mile I’ve ever run.
I've used this for years and love it. I am so happy it's finally updated!! The calendar view is a bit bland, but could easily be tweaked in a later update. That said, ios8 UI is pretty bland as well, so it is consistent with that. I love the ability to look at my totals for the week, year, or forever, and the fact that it makes use of the bigger screen. Thank you! Update: been using the new update and am noticing more issues. Cannot add an entry for any other day except today. Even if I highlight a different date and hit the plus sign, it only adds it to the current day. You also still can't delete an entry. Fix these issues and I'll add my stars back. Update after update: much better! The problems I was having are now fixed. Back to 5 stars. Thank you!!! Update after update 4/2020- still love this app. Been using it for years and appreciate that it keeps getting updated!! Works great for what I need it for- a simple app to log your runs/workouts. Thanks!
Very nice...sometimes a little Difficult to navigate... would like to see more places to put bike and swim other than just in comments..maybe a page with directions too? And an easy way to print out a log of what I’ve done in the last few years? Thank you Dave
