Got this app because Strava was consistently missing at least the first quarter mile of my runs. Now I record the run with the native workout app and then I push it to Strava with RunGap...perfect, no issues and I’m not losing the distance now.

This is the app I have been waiting for so that I can move my Apple Workout information to Garmin connect (which is one of the apps compatible with what my company uses for health insurance premium discounts). But the flexibility of the app to work with so many services is impressive. There is some clunkiness in the user interface, but something terrible.

Yes it is. Works very well and transfers all useful data. I use it to post Workout activities to Strava. (You do need to turn off Strava’s permission to write to Health or you get duplicate workouts. )
Just what I was looking for!

I wanted something to allow me to run with just my Apple Watch and not have to rely on all the 3rd party watch apps that invariably stink. *BUT* I also wanted to make use of third party training programs. RunGap is exactly what I was looking for! The only hitch I’ve seen so far is there’s no way to sync multiple activities to a service (unless you want to sync ALL). Maybe I missed it, but even still, this is a great app.

Great convenient app. Only downside is maps for cycle rides don’t come over from Apple Watch? Will be 5 star if that is fixed. Update rating map problem fixed!

It's terrible to advertise that app data can be shared, but than it des not work without forking over more money. You should be ashamed of using these shady tactics. Very bad business practices! Do not fall for this terrible app!!!
