Cant even get past the set up page

I tried to sign up without a subscription but I cannot even get past the sign up page. Seems like there is something below my email but I am stuck there. I would really benefit from an app like thus bc I run alone.

I initially had some issues after first downloading the app, but the app owner was quick to respond and help me fix the issue. Works like a charm now! Thanks for keeping me safe on my runs!
