Greatest advantage is you can use your phone as a ruler. No need to carry any key chain tools with you. Needs a little getting used to though and you'll love it.

The app is nice and simple to measure length, view of the ruler measure size depend on your iPhone screen size.There a trick to measure longer size but you need to you use both hands.i hope they add reading screen with fraction and thickness bar like calipers to the app
Doesn't accurate for iPhone 6s

I do a measurement today with this app, it gives me 15mm which should be 17mm. If you are not strict with the accuracy, this is an convenient app.

I got this app on a whim just to see what it did. After I ran the app, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was actually pretty useful. I have The TONS of apps that I try out and, more often than not, I'm usually disappointed in their functioning. Not this one. This one I'll be keeping.
