I really have enjoyed purchasing merchandise from this site. This has been a very trustworthy site regarding brands and honestly identifying gently used items for resale, as well as locating high end merchandise from vendors or manufacturers for wonderful prices. These items have all been top quality. The items haven’t ever been a second or what a designer or manufacturer might find less than perfect for their first quality level. Thus they would sell in an outlet or below cost due to the defective criteria (s) not allowing the item to meet the high standards. I’ve never seen a product on this site like this. Nor have I ever received a product of inferior quality. They tell you up front the description of the item. They photograph the item in detail or details depending upon how elaborate it actually is , it may have 1-4 or more photographs of the item. That allows the customer to view the more elaborate item from multiple directions and levels. They do give a brief description and there are times I wish they had given just a bit more. But I will say if you call them they will look the item up and try to find any more information they might have on file and share it with you. They are very kind and go out of their way to help you try to find your perfect item or fill your need. I’ve been very pleased with their customer service every time I’ve contacted them for varying concerns . They’ve resolved them immediately and courteously. I genuinely recommend this site to people often. They’ll see shoes or sunglasses etc and I’ll say oh from this site. Most the time I’ll end up pulling out my phone to help them see what the mobile app actually looks like. Then they’re thrilled and looking for it to add ???
