The app is useless and plan my trip isn't clear for where to get off, which bus is the right one, ect. And it doesn't let you take it to google maps to see where to go

I regularly ride RTS. I utilize the text option to determine my bus stop times. for the most part it is fairly accurate. I always allow 2-3 minutes on either side of the replied time. This app involves more steps to find out my bus time, by that time the bus could have come and gone. I find the text option often crashes on the weekends and after hours when customer service isn’t available. I chose to download this app so I have a back-up when this happens. Will wait to see how it pans out.

App is marginal ...at best! No way to put in the time you're looking to use RTS in the Plan my Route section. App just assumes you mean now and there's no way to move ahead in time and/or date. Cannot easily move the starting point; cannot view a schedule of all pick up times at a stop for the day; is very clunky, in general. This gets a major thumbs down!

Trying to find a bus stop near an elderly parents address. It would be easier to drive the thirty miles and circle the neighborhood looking for stops!

This app is truly amazing and perfect on timing. It is very user friendly and well built. Honestly I don't know how I would travel around the city with out it!!! Great I love it!

This app is as helpful as every other service provided by RTS: not at all. "Plan my trip" feature does not work at all (does not recognize addresses, locations or landmarks). The "find closest stop to me" does not work: apparently my closest stop is somewhere in Newark, 50 miles away (I live downtown). Already deleted, sorry I tried. We had a saying when I lived in philly: if you want to rely on public transport, you had better get a bike. The same can be said about Rochester's God awful public transit system.

The App is not easy to use, but it is still useful. It truncates the directions occasionally, and frequently has trouble finding stops (unless you know the stop number). It also lacks schedules; you have to Plan a Route to get basic information.

The app could not find city hall correctly and returned with the downtown bus depot as my final destination instead. I am a first time bus user for the ROC transit day. The search result does not tell you the bus stop nor the next time a bus arrives. If you browse the schedule instead of search you maybe have a chance of finding your bus. As a first time user who doesn't know their bus, I did not find my bus.
