Good app but not focused

Testing out a bunch of addiction apps recently. There is no clear path for the user. Too much information and not an organized daily routine.

This app has been helping me stay accountable to myself in more ways than one. As the days go on, I get more and more motivation by looking at the streak get higher and higher as well as from the way I am feeling from conquering this addiction. I love the little question it asks when you're logging a submission, it has really been helpful by allowing me to realize how much progress I have been making. The mini prompt it gives really asks some deep questions pushing me to look within myself and uncovering why it is that I do the things I do and act the way I do. Overall, this app has been amazingly helpful and I HIGHLY recommend it for anyone struggling with an addiction. Remember we only have one life. Do not let an addiction of any sort take control over you whatsoever. Much love.

This is an extremely effective accountability tool. I wouldn't use it to replace all accountability but it's one tool in the bag. The app itself is really well designed and aesthetically pleasing. I like the resources and information it provides. I would recommend this app to anyone even if they weren't necessarily addicted to something....everyone has struggles.

We all know how easy it is to lie - even to ourselves. This app has helped me think about my actions and to be honest about them. I can admit when I fail and see the difference in how being successful for longer periods makes me feel. Strongly encourage you to join and use it.
