If I could not give it a star I would. I have an iPhone and I downloaded this app and I've never been able to log in. I put in all the right information and it tells me I'm giving a bad log in. Yet I can go on my computer and log in just fine. Fix this and I will gladly give a five star rating

If you use 4g services then this app isn't for you. It will pull a bad login and password every time. Contacting the bank itself is worthless as they didn't even know how to find their app on the App Store.
Horrible but it's the only app

It's a horrible app but it's the only one for my bank. This is my first review I ever wrote and I must say I had to write it. This app constantly crashes runs slower than a person in quick sand. It's a updated twice since I had it for a year. That tell me they don't care to much about it. Oh and all these problems occur over a wifi connection. When it's not connected to wifi, it's like a weights in water... useless

I've had this app for a while now. I enjoy it because it's faster than having to log into the website each time; however, it has a few bugs. I can't check my account when I'm away from wifi even though I have internet. I can only use the app with wifi. Other than that, the app works great and is very helpful.

I like the app and I use it to check my balance often. Not sure about the new update. The screen seems very busy with the waterfall/flora background and each transaction in its own little bubble. I do like that you can clearly see if whether the transaction is a debit or credit, etc, but, again, the bubbles on top of a busy background isn't easy on the eyes. Other than that, the app is faster in loading & has a quicker response time than before. Now, RRFCU, can we please get Apple Pay?!?

I would love to see notifications for deposits/withdrawals, similar to PayPals -"you paid $xx.xx to y" or "you've received $xxx.xx from y." Otherwise great app.

The app will never let me log in, it always says "wrong password" but when I log in online with the exact same information it lets see everything that I need. It's very frustrating.
