Royal TSi

Royal TSi provides easy and secure access to your remote systems (RDP, VNC, etc.) by allowing you to open your Royal TS documents created with Royal TS (for Windows) or Royal TSX (for macOS).

Those documents can be opened directly from any installed cloud provider like iCloud, Dropbox or Google Drive. You can even send the documents via email and open them with Royal TSi.

Connecting to the remote machines with RDP, VNC, SSH or Telnet is possible with specialized 3rd party apps.

With Royal Server you don't need to connect to the remote desktop anymore. You can manage Windows Events, Windows Services, Windows Processes, Terminal Services, Hyper-V and VMware virtual machines and can start PowerShell scripts on the remote machine directly from Royal TSi.

E.g. if you find an error in the Event Log, then you could restart a service, kill a process, reset a Terminal Services connection or stop and start a Hyper-V virtual machine. When you use PowerShell scripts, then there is no limit of what you can do.

Some supported connection types can be tweaked and optimized for your mobile device. E.g. Remote desktop connections can be configured to always use a lower color depth or screen resolution to save bandwidth.

Make sure you understand what you're buying

Royal apps on the desktop are fantastic, functionality on mobile is very limiting. It's important for the buyer to understand that found four dollars you're not buying an application that will connect you to your remote machines, rather manage their configuration documents. To RDP, for instance, you'll still need Microsoft's RDP app on your phone; when you click the play button on a machine in Royal TSi (paid) it will ask you which application you'd like to use, then it will (sort of) bridge you to your machine through the MS app. I say "sort of" because you'll still need to enter your passwords for the machine within MS RDP.

A good start but needs better security.

Considering the fact credentials and detailed network information can be stored in files it would be great if you added Touch ID support or a passcode feature when launching the app...similar to LastPass.

Love the idea but can't get it to work

I use royal tsx on my desktop, and love it. I got this to use my iPad for on call work, but can't connect to anything. Our rdp connections work with a gateway, if I use Microsoft rdp it asks for credentials but never connects. Using 2x, it just stays connecting, but never does. I heard jump works but I don't want to pay 15$ for a test. Currently just rdp to my desktop and connect to the rest from there. PLEASE HELP WOULD LOVE TO USE THIS APP TO THE FULLEST. I'll buy jump if it is guaranteed to work.

Well worth it

Royal TS has become my go to application for all my remote needs. I use it on my Mac all day every day and having it on iOS is just the cherry on top. Love it!!!
