Doesn't connect

I bought gems. Had boost running. But I haven't been able to connect for hours. There is no way to tell if server is down. Everything else is working fine. Doesn't work on my iPad or iPhone. I was enjoying the game but waste of money, if server goes down.

I enjoyed play this game, easy to follow, easy to get free gems. A diverse population of friendly people to battle against. But if you have any issues and go to report them your screwed. Support & Help / Bug & Problems reporting is a joke. There is no assistance when you have an issue. I'm not sure what Flare Games admin's do. It can't be any better then the companies IT/software guys. They rolls out a new up date getting player excited and there server crashes. Get back up and running crashes again during their event two more times. Massive amount glitches which I would think most of should have been found in some form of bata testing. On top of that the events haves set rules that aren't listed any where. No explanation that if you get a glitch, freeze up, or crash in a battle you can't advance. No posted rules in the game about glitches, No posting on their Facebook page, and No posting on their forum. No compensation for people who spend real money in the game when something goes wrong. They don't respond to your reports/ concern. Sure have no problem take your money. To anyone who is looking for this style of game I would suggest to people to move on. This product is not worth stress and annoyance. I haven't played any other products by this company and not sure I would gamble on them being any better.
