Inappropriate Content in Chat Rooms

Dear developers, I know there probably isn’t a whole you you can do, but I just wanted to bring to your attention the inappropriate subjects (various sex topics not appropriate for children) going on in your app chat (specifically “The Hall”). Yes, people can do and talk about whatever they want. I’m not asking you to restrict freedom of speech. But I would like you to consider the age range of those using your app. Please note that you may have young kids on your app, able to view all content discussed. I am 24 and I find the content inappropriate. I see you have taken some measures to help make your chat rooms safe, however there are many creative ways being used to share content your system would normally catch. My suggestion to help make your app a safer place for your consumers, is to find a way to either: 1) Turn off the chat room option for children (a parental control setting or something) 2) Provide and option for users to block other users Although I am one person, I found chat room subject matter unpleasant enough to warrant me deleting the app. I hope you will consider some options with your development team to make your app a safe and pleasant experience for all. Thank you for your time and consideration.

It’s confusing at first but it’s actually really good. The reason I put 4 star is because you have to buy stuff and some of it it expensive. Other wise, i recommend it.

I was genuinely enjoying this game, I even decided to spend money on it, even though your requirements to get anywhere in the game are ridiculous. But today I bought two of the 4.99 top-up pack, and you charged me $10 dollars for each one. Please fix this, it’s unacceptable. I could not find any contact or moderator information in the game to do this privately, so I had to come here.
