Great App, needs some updates!

Wonderful App for my department! Helps us advance into the technical age! Really wish they would make the app more compatible with the iPhone X, though. Other than that, it’s amazing!

Great app for first responders

This really helps us when we respond to a call in rural Vermont. Would be more helpful if it included our response to Mutual Aid calls in our district. Currently we do not hear when we are dispatched for mutual aid to an area town under their incident command. This system often works when our pagers don't! We usually get the Rover alert before our pagers go off. It is helpful to know when members without radios are responding direct or to the station. Capt. G. Great but a quick bud

As of 1/27/19 I can not select what sound I want for each notifications, I used to be able to until two updates ago. It would be nice to be able select a sound again. No biggie but it would be nice if fixed.

So far it a no go

App is not good at all. Went to their website offers a 60 day trial. Doesn’t say anything else about cost or set up.

Laggy, missing DND bypass, poor GPS-based timer

ONE STAR — Been using this since 2017 across two departments. App is fine. Just fine. As in, it gets the job done; not horrible, just far from the best. Critical issues: lags when tapping responding and half the time doesn’t show you responding + alert bypass for Do Not Disturb is missing (eDispatches has this, even iMessages too) + GPS-based timer is awful. Firefighters frequently shown 5-8 minutes away when they’re arrived in-station with me, and others never show Arrived despite leaving phone at station and they’re on the 1st due truck already. If you just want to see who’s responding - at least the random people it feels like capturing - then it’s fine. If you want a real timer for members to arrive in station, forget it. If you need to be alerted middle of the night w/ Do Not Disturb enables - forget it, you will never see a single alert.
