Fallen angel.
I use this app quite regularly because the busses in my city are unreliable sometimes. They're 15 minutes late, 10 minutes early. The app works decently for me. But is in desperate need of an update. There are severe loading issues and I'm not the only person in my city with this issue. Even the transit system themselves, the screens showing this app so we all know where the busses are, have been freezing up a lot in the last month. Needs updated. Badly. Routes need to load faster. The whole app needs to load faster. I'm on LTE and this app runs like dial up.

The app never seems to work, it takes forever to load and even when it does work it is cumbersome to search for things or navigate around the map. The schedule is particularly poor if you need anything other than today.

This app is so slow to load that by the time it does load the bus came by already

Routes don’t load, can never see the map when I’m en route to a stop - TRASH APP. It better just to use your bus company’s website if possible.

I use this app for my local transportation needs. It worked great before whom ever messed with the app regarding minutes (or so local transportation office stated was making adjustments), since then it won’t work. I have iPhone 6s. Go back to where the app was first introduced. Living in a smaller town with limited routes, times having a working app is detrimental which buses only come every hour from short times in week and weekends. Please help me.

The interface is not intuitive at all (stops in alphabetical order? No way to get to system map easily? No full schedules? No route planner?) and it freezes constantly.

Company does not have a customer support services for users of the app, they only cater to obtain new transit companies and existing transit companies, but not the customer who actually need to use the app, the people waiting and riding the transit.
