Great Idea, Not Much More

Meh. That about summarizes it. Aggregating all your shipping and tracking info into a single location is a fantastic idea. Unfortunately, Route tries to do a little too much, tries to be a little too fancy. It’s a bit clunky and unclear. Also, it doesn’t seem to integrate well with any 2FA on your individual accounts - Amazon, for example.
It doesn’t even open

It worked fine for like 2 days then it just stopped working. It no longer opens and it force shuts down itself
Has access to my emails…

This app has access to your emails. That’s how it knows how to find your orders and track your shipping. I thought I was only allowing it to know my info because I thought I saw the check box unchecked for access to emails. Also my location was wrong. Hi-ya. Yea… what if it gets hacked… I deleted the app and removed the access in gmail. Is it worth it? How hard is it to go to your email and copy the tracking number and paste it into Google. Just saying…

I absolutely love that this app shows all purchases together, and shows me where they are and when they will show up. Instead of going through all these sites to track where packages are it’s all in one app! It’s perfect
Not helpful and only data collection app

No option to look up a tracking number yourself. You pay for the service through the merchant, and then you have to give this app access to all your data in your email in order to track a package. Not helpful at all.

IF YOU ORDER A PRODUCT AND IT OFFERS YOJ A “PROTECTION PLAN” USING THIS APP TURN AWAY ITS A SCAM. Paid extra money just for this app to collect information, spam emails and still mess up my delivery date. Just makes the anticipation and let down 100% worse. Told me my package would be delivered today while it’s still 4 states away, now there’s no delivery date available. You would think that the point of “tracking a package” on a map would be to clarify a delivery date and to give you correct information. Don’t get your hopes up because this app clearly does not work.

I have another app and it seemed to work just fine but this one is stuck on waiting for tracking. Cool app but doesn’t work sadly ?
