Doesn’t fill iPhone screen, app seems abandoned

Not only do the 360s not fill the full screen, but what part they do fill is grossly covered by a giant oversized useless info tab.

I just paid $12.99 for a Pro account and am unable to log in. I’ve tried to submit this from their Help Center, every time I receive the error message that my message failed to send.

After IOS 13, app only give a connection error and didn't work anymore. More than 20 days on that way....
Menu inaccessible

Can’t access the menu on the top right... no idea if I can log into an account, as the menu never shows up... reduced to 1 star... not even the panorama that are displayed work ??♂️

We used this professionally at my studio, been a year since we used it. It worked great before now it’s complete trash? Uploads errors out, and now the App just bugs out? I can’t even login and see my own 360s... it’s completely useless now.
