I’ve used this app every day for years. Not it just gets a network error. App support website gets 404 not found error.

Great so far, but random crashes do occur

I’ve only been using this app for about a week, but so far I really love the simplicity of being able to add my RXs and check them off every day. This is super helpful, as I suffer from memory issues and had a hard time knowing when I took them before. The only issue I’ve had is that sometimes it gets into a crashing cycle where I can’t open the app for a while because every time I try, it crashes immediately. I’ve tried shutting all apps (including completely closing Round after each crash) and switching off WiFi (going to 4G) when this happens with no success. That’s why I knocked a star off.

I have used another med app, and while it did what it needed to do - remind me to take my medications at certain times - it was too busy visually, it’s reminders too insistent, and it was unnecessarily complicated to interact with. I don’t want to feel irritated by something I will be engaging several times a day. Round is visually elegant, it’s reminders simple, and interactions are easy. A pleasing, effective, and much gentler experience. A just right med app!

Not for a mom with multiple kids

I was looking for something to help me track medications for my children multiple times a day. I did not see that there was a way to track medications for more than one person. I also didn’t like having to add multiple dosages myself. My son has to take a medication every three hours. I had to manually input each of those dosages rather than just picking a starting dosage and having it repeat every three hours. My daughter also needs various meds and I can’t track both of them separately. This app works fine if you are tracking for just yourself or one person.

It’s helping me on track on reminding me exactly what time to take my meds. I’m not like before when I didn’t remember if I took it or not, since I take about 10 different medications it’s hard to keep track but it’s been easier since my daughter downloaded this app. Thank you.

Unsupported and not updated in years

The general idea of this app is good and the basic functionality is decent however there are issues. It randomly deletes your latest entries and mine no longer connects to the server that backs up information. I’m trying to get help, I discovered that the support page and company website are no long in service. The Twitter feed hasn’t been updated since 2017. The app itself hasn’t had an update since 2017. I wouldn’t spend your time in this app if it isn’t supported or updated. Now I have to move all my info into something else.

I love this app, just only have one complaint....after closing app via double click home button, it takes 35 times (yes, I counted) to re-open it.

i used to use me dosage which was a fine app and it did what i needed it to but this one is 10x better. No paid for features and you still get choices. It's a lifesaver and honestly so much easier to use than medisafe

Establish ‘taken’ on watch

If the watch had a ‘taken ‘ option it would make more sense. Otherwise I have to find my phone and see... if I were a robot this would work flawlessly. Otherwise it’s a guessing game. And with prescriptions that’s a dangerous game.

I started using this app when my doc put me on two meds then two more were added. Then I broke my ankle and was taking pain meds all the time. Between the pain med and Ibuprofen I was in and out of it for over a week. Luckily I remembered to put in when I took them this app was such a savor because I could see when and what was taken last. Thank u so much for this this gem of an app!
