Simple and effective

Easy to use pill reminder checklist. I especially like the reminder windows vs an absolute single time. Helps both remembering and keeping track of what has been taken. For me, just the right mix of features.
Fine for unchanging schedules

Does a good job of tracking medications. But not very flexible. For instance, you can’t choose which day to start a medication such as a weekly dose. Also you can’t put a medication on hold. You simply have to delete it (or list it as “as necessary “) then enter it again. Should have more flexibility.

I am bipolar and have needed to take meds for years! This app not only helps remind me to take my meds but also acts like an electronic MAR. You can track everything and when you have to go to the doctor and they ask what meds your on; you have all the info right on your phone. I love this app and would recommend it to anyone who has to take medication!!!
Beautiful + Simple, Missing One Thing

A beautiful UI and incredibly simple UX that makes taking doses on schedule a pleasure instead of a chore. The only thing missing — which I’ve written to the development team twice about with no response — is the ability to schedule a dose at an uncommon interval that is only trackable by days on and days off. Example: take one pill per day for 14 days, then do not take any for the next 14 days, then back on and back off. This prescription dosing schedule works for birth control and other hormone medications. It’s unfortunate that there isn’t an offering in the app for this type of scheduling. I would pay for it. I found a manual work around, but if I forget to adjust it every 14 days, I miss my dosing windows. This is my last attempt to get this in front of the dev team, as I am now exploring one of the other highly rated apps called MediSafe Pill Tracker as the alternative. Again, beautiful, simple, and great for those with all other forms of dosage expectations — just not the one I mentioned.

Love this app. Makes it easy to remember regular meds and also track how long it has been since I took a periodic med like painkillers.

This app works perfectly for my needs. Allows me to schedule multiple meds for different times during the day, easily. User interface is well thought out, and when I emailed the developers with a question, I got a response in very short order, answering my question perfectly. You won't be disappointed with this app. If I could give it 10 stars I would! Update: Enhancement Request!! Would be great to be able to create multiple profiles in order to manage the meds of more than one person. Also would be nice to have a drug interaction section. Thanks!!!

A no fuss app that delivers what it says it will. Haven't forgotten my medicine yet and the perfectionist in me hates to miss a day so I can keep all the pretty dots in a row. :)

it’s super helpful with keeping up with my meds. I don’t know what I would do without it. I just wish I could change the colors of the app sometimes to personalize it.
Sync feature is terrible

We use this to track pet meds and need the sync feature to know when and who has given the meds. We can stand in the same room and see different results.
