Didn’t fit!

I ordered three blouses. I ordered extra large. Not one blouse fit! Way to small. It’s impossible to return.

Haven’t received my order after a month, had my order reduced due to out of stock which wasn’t stated at purchase. Tracking is difficult at best, as the reference number provided showed nothing until 2 weeks after order. After arriving through customs it has passed by my delivery address twice, and is at local post office for 2 days with no further tracking information. Still waiting on delivery, super frustrated. Only hoping the items are as advertised

This company is a complete rip- off.. unless you want to pay for something totally different than you ordered or want to flush your money down the toilet. YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED AND THEY HAVE NO RETURN POLICY AND THEY RIPPED ME OF COMPLETELY FOR TWO ITEMS. OH AND CHARGED MORE MONEY TO MY CREDIT CARD THAT WAS ALLOWED. THESE CLOTHES ARE EXTREMELY BAD KNOCKOFFS

I ordered a bathing suit on July 10, still have not received it. I can not track the shipment, nor contact the seller to check status. I will not be ordering from this app again.

1 star is too much. It should be minus a star. I ordered two pieces. One came with a hole in it and the seam showing outside. I send them an email with the pictures of it. I even rate it the that picture with a star. It’s been 2 months and no one contacted me. They even took the picture out from my order.

Many things I’ve ordered either never showed up, weren’t the same product I purchased, didn’t come with directions, and clothes didn’t fit and broke before I had a chance to wear them. The items take a long time to receive and if the order isn’t right, it takes even longer to get any response from Rosegal and it’s usually them ignoring your main question and deflecting and blaming you for any product defects. If I ever get all the items I’ve ordered, I’m never shopping with them again.

So happy I finally found somewhere I can find some cute plus size clothes. So tired of walking into Walmart or even mall shops and finding old lady clothes in the plus size departments!! I am 45 not 85!!

I truly don’t understand how these points are used? You can only use so many? That’s just silly to me, you should like anywhere else be able to use some or all of your points. That would make it easier for me to push the purchase button if I knew I had control of how many points I was using, aside from that if I use all my points and get some free stuff well then imma be back to get more stuff! Just saying change the system!!

When I ordered a fidget spinner in 2015 It never came to me.It has been 3 years and nothing I tried to report it but the app wouldn’t let me.I thought it would come later on but as I would have thought nothing came to me.So,I have now set a reminder to not purchase this app again!!
