They never pick customer care calls terrible poor customer care.I was on hold 3 times a day trying to reschedule my delivery and every time I was on hold over an hour till I run out of patience.Trying to reschedule online doesn’t work to on order status.I should give them a zero or negative if possible

Credit Card Management Missing in Update

I used to be able to manage my credit card from the app. Ever since the upgrade I cannot find it. It is horribly inconvenient that I have to log into a laptop to access my account and pay my bill. Bring back the credit card account management or; if it is still there, make it possible to find. Bad UX!!!

The link I used to download the app clearly stated to check order status and manage your rooms to go credit card….Nowhere on there does it allow you to pay or even access your RTG credit card

So useful, I can browse coupons, products, shop and even favorite everything I love. The images are clean and amazing and the experience is top flight! If I could give more than five stars I would!

The update is trash and whatever clown @ RTG that thought removing the ability to pay your credit card on the app is the grade a dumba** the whole reason I downloaded the app was because it was a personalized experience and allowed me to pay my bills but you took both away
No link to Syncrony

In the latest version of the app, the link to Syncrony bank has either been removed or hidden so well I simply cannot find it. Now I have to find another way to pay my Rooms To Go bill.....
