Pretty good ??
Casual mode

Cute, clever, unique puzzles..graphics are a little primitive but overall this was pretty good. Decent length, plays well, no glitches, ads are not intrusive. Thank you!

Wanted so badly to like this

As an avid ‘room escape’ addict who’s always looking for the good ones, in a world of really bad ones that have flooded the App Store over the years, I honestly wanted to like this one. I hoped for it to be among those developers who are either new or among the best, who started to make ones that set them apart. The biggest issue is that it was VERY UNCLEAR AND UNINTUITIVE. If you looked at the hints they either made no sense (not due to language barrier at all). They just said literally “tap everywhere”, or one said “find where to use the hammer”, (duh, it’s a point n click escape game), n I ended up resorting to a YT walkthrough video. Not only did I just use it to finish, cuz I was SO DONE with liking this one, but, I just never would’ve finished. Also, there were so many objects that normally would be Pratt of the game, but never were...I guess this dev thought this would lead to a ‘fun’ and witty twist. FARRRR from it. It was a major ANNOYANCE. Again, I DID have high hopes. The hammer thing I never would’ve found. N tho I never did it, the walkthrough showed shortly upon entering this new VERY HIDDEN ROOM (because it took several attempts after even watching it on YT, to get it to access this obscure place, that many other devs use same ‘technique’, but with MUCH LESS “huh?!” factor. But anyway, there was a lame part where I guess it seemed most would’ve thot to put the newly obtained object (I wouldn’t have thot to), and after I guess a flew clicks ‘down’, it tells you that you ‘failed the escape.’ Again, I only know this from watching the walkthrough, but if after going thru so much of this unintuitive game n get that??? Just NO. Not ‘cute’ nor ‘fun’. Other escapes devs CAN pull of the ‘Oops, you lose. Try another way out’ thing with success, but only because THE REST OF THE GAME REALLY HAS BEEN FUN AND (I know overused in the world of escape reviews), unintuitiveness of the whole game to that point. My reason to write such a long review is not to discourage either the dev or others from trying this. I say go ahead. This is just MY OPINION. But I want this dev to TRY AGAIN at escapes because if the top devs of these short escapes were studied by him, it might help him see my points. Lastly, the TITLE using 1919 all thru the game wasn’t fun either. In fact, there was literally a backwards case that was incorrect, but because I was so used to this overused combo in various different uses, I tried a way that was WRONG in its actual code, but knew to try a certain code that had already been used either backwards or upside down, or BOTH, n I immediately was able to solve it. Sadly, it was near the end and the very next puzzle was the final escape door that used this lame coding again. I see that this is your ONLY escape and that it has no reviews as of now (perhaps due to updating for iOS 11? Not sure if it was. Forgot to look. But please dev, do TRY AGAIN, n I do NOT mean that in a sarcastic way. Just see what sets the best and highest rated devs apart. There are ones that ppl literally wait n play THE DAY they release a new one. One is Nakayubu (sp), who use fun characters repeatedly in their games, but do so in a way that we LOOK FORWARD to the fun little pigs, monkeys, sock puppets, n puzzles that involve them. Also games put out by Nicolet, who also uses the same ‘theme’, but is endearing. Lastly I’d say the series (oki-something, I believe), but their games all have a (usually) white border like window n it’s own easily recognizable font. Some game titles off hand are Log House, Christmas (a year old) , I think they did a Halloween and August escape too like the other devs, n have their own unique to themselves, ending that you go back n look for things after a successful escape. Sorry this was SO VERY LONG and perhaps considered lame n uncalled for, but I REALLY DO WANT ANOTHER GOOD DEVELOPER TO GO TO. There are half a dozen. I didn’t suggest the others as the ones I DID, seem very much a style you’d easily fall into if you kept at it. I only gave two stars because it’s CLEAR that you are capable of doing way better. If you do try again, I’ll be the first to come back n see how much better it would be. Thanks, n I only mean this cuz I want to ENCOURAGE you, tho it may seem I’m doing quite the opposite. ☺️ I also hope if anyone else reads this and then tries this game (plz support him), they too see what I mean about what I said, because there IS potential...
