Can't figure out the end

This is a challenging but fun escape game. I wish there was a walkthrough for the simple fact that I can't figure out the last clue for the door. No one that I know has been able to. For our sanity, could you please post one? Please?!!

Great game and challenging but I can't figure out the test tube part which I'm assuming is the last part. A hint or walkthrough would be much appreciated!
