Ok game until the major flaws come to light

If you don't touch in exactly the right place it won't zoom. Knew I needed a four number code but only clue I had was shapes and no conversion guide or anything so I used a hint. It highlighted the four digit code pad and it's like no kidding but where do I get the code. So I zoomed in on the pad and used another hint and again it highlights the pad, I mean wth I obviously know it's the pad I'm zoomed in on it. Other escape games were more challenging but this is the first one I spent so much time in a room because the clue made no sense for the puzzle and the hints did absolutely no good at solving the room. So annoying and I suggest you play any of the other hundred escape games and surely don't put any money into this mess.
There is a bug on Level 37

There is a bug on level 37. I got colorful circle page in wine room however when I click the door to play game, this page is lost before I play the game. Please fix this!

This could be such a great game and I would love to buy hints but with all the crashes I can't be certain that I could use them. You have a great game here so please fix it. As the game goes further though, I am getting kicked out less. **Level 39 - Cannot pick the I'm up off the chair. Completely stuck!
