Worth the quick glances at the political news. Come on, who is working on this app? Do you know that it crashes on almost every story? Fix it!
Too many notifications
One issue
If you don't read every story the app shows numbers in the 100s and to clear you have to highlight or read every single item. Otherwise awesome!
Get rid of annoying numbers!

Seems like a great political news app. Sorry to sound redundant, but those numbers of unread stories has GOT to go. Fix that, and it's 5 stars

Great app for news on the Hill but I'm with the rest of the folks here...so annoying to see the big red number badge if unread stories. Deleted app till this gets updated!

I don't want to see that there are 102 articles that I haven't read. Without a way to disable this, I'll read the online version with Safari.

For those complaining about the unread numbers, please do a little research. The settings are there to turn off either or both external and internal unread badges. You can also change the text sizes here too.

There's nothing quite like Roll Call, the grand-daddy of the Capitol Hill papers. There's more than enough news here to satisfy the most demanding political junkie's craving. And you CAN remove the badges--I just did! All you have to do is go to the Settings--know what they are? And you can toggle on or off both the app badge and the section badges. You can also set how long the articles remain available.
The update ruined it

This used to be part of my must-read daily routine. The best part was the ability to read on the metro, where there's not service. But, the last update has practically rendered this app useless. This is now the 3rd install I've done. It keeps freezing and is much slower. Often only part of a page will load and the part that is frequently left off is the back button, leaving me no way to navigate. Its a shame. I miss my morning Roll Call, but the app is too frustrating to use any longer.

Refresh feed takes too long

Waiting for this app to retrieve the new headlines of the day takes way too long. Seems much of an inconvenience, especially when Roll Call has such a friendly and nice mobile interface on their website. Unfortunately this app is just disappointing.
