No more fumbling for your Roku remote. Now you can control your Roku from an Apple Watch OR iPhone. RokuMotion provides you with the basic functions required to access your Roku box over your local WiFi network.
Automatically detects multiple Roku boxes on your iPhone and lets you choose which one. Scroll to see the list on the Apple Watch or tap the "Using" button on the iPhone to flip to another Roku. If RokuMotion on the Apple Watch is not interacting with your device, open RokuMotion on your iPhone to update your device list to the Apple Watch.
When a Roku app need text input, tap into the the white square on your iPhone and start typing. Text will appear only on your TV screen. Use the X button to erase the last character typed in. The return key will hide the keyboard. Pressing the search button on a newer Roku may bring up voice search. If it does, switch to text search, then tap into the white square to bring up the keyboard.
To rename a Roku device, press on its current name or IP address until the "Name this Roku" dialog appears.
On the Apple Watch, RokuMotion works better if your "Wrist Raise" preference is set to "Last Used App" or "Resume Previous Activity".
If you've just powered on your Roku or a second Roku, it may not find the device. Press "Find more" to locate the player.
Buttons do not have an auto repeat function. A slight delay in button response is normal.
Note: The new Mute button will only work on the 5 brands of TVs with the Roku TV logo on them.

This app lets you control your Roku TV from your Apple Watch. It works much better than the Apple remote app that comes with the Apple Watch. In addition to a great app, the customer service is fantastic. The app developer was very communicative and even made adjustments to the app on my request. I would gladly purchase another app from this developer if he comes up with another app for the Apple Watch. I was very impressed!

This review is really about how well it works on Apple Watch, as you wouldn’t be here otherwise because the actual Roku branded app works sooo much better. Of the two paid Apple Watch Roku apps, this app is far superior especially if you have a Roku TV. Does everything I need it to do and then some. Well worth the $1
Finally a Roku TV Apple Watch app that works!

Got a new Apple Watch series 5 and wanted an app to act as a remote for my Roku TV. I noticed a small feature was missing and messaged the developer they added it in less than a day! Apple store approved in in another day and now it works as hoped for. Might not be the prettiest thing but it’s highly functional and gets the job done when the kids hide the remote for the umpteenth time!

This app is far superior in immediately responding to Roku devices than Roku’s own proprietary mobile and Apple Watch apps BUT there’s no “back” button in the watch app’s remote (nor the main app). Please include a “back” feature for the watch!!

I installed, and the app on my phone is just a black screen that says something like "control your Roku with your watch" and that is it. The application settings don't show up in the iPhone Apple Watch application and the icon doesn't show up on the watch itself.
"Waiting for Roku" is all I see on watch.

I don't understand how to pair the Roku and the app, or it just doesn't work. My other remote apps for Roku work fine.
