The only thing worse than the quality of the hat they sent me in a bag is the quality of the customer service. Instead of concern about the complete lack of quality they send back a childish email and completely side stepped any of the issues. I can honestly say I would recommend you take all the money your going to send them for any of their dollar store crap. Take that money l, ball it up and throw it out the window. Once you throw it out the window try and enjoy watching it fly away because whatever joy you get from that will be a hundred times more joy than you will get from any of this crap that is way over priced and sent in a plastic bag. Buy Under Armour control or 5.11, with is totally one hundred percent better quality and even less money. This company doesn't care about its quality it's only concern is that they are a multimillion dollar company. If you don't believe me I'll be happy to show you a screen shot of the email I received from them.
