Robokiller seems to cache voicemails for HOURS!

You think you’re almost ready to set it up and no it sends you back. Oh boy, you’re so thrilled to have to keep doing this over and over! I think I’m going to have to ask for my refund once again for a program that is just not user-friendly.

I made the mistake of paying for 1 year I deleted the app because I was unable to go to settings. I have been locked out for a month the screen is a solid blue with the RoboKiller icon in the center. No access to settings and Teltech/ RoboKiller have given me the steps to deactivate but nothing works. I have made calls to Apple support but I can’t get access to delete this app. Beware of the RoboKiller app it will lock you out and will not let you delete the app.

I used Robokiller for years…until it took over my voicemail. I’d love to have previous versions when voicemail wasn’t affected. Until then, I’ll be looking for another app.

Run away or demand a refund!

Like many other reviewers, the app worked great for me for a few days, before it started behaving really buggy. I got constant notifications that their server was down. No calls from unknown numbers were ever forwarded to my phone. No voicemails were left. I missed important calls. I tried all the troubleshooting steps on their website before reaching out. When I emailed them, I included all the steps I already tried. They completely ignored that, of course, and after DAYS of not responding to my email, they finally said “try this troubleshooting step” that I already tried. I had to email them again and again and again with the list of things I already tried. Each time, waiting days to a week for a response. FINALLY, after weeks, they gave me the steps to request a refund. But there’s a catch: you only have 14 days from the date of purchase to get your refund. How convenient for them that their support took much much longer than that. It’s a scam! They will steal your money and not help you at all. Run away, or if you just purchased this - demand a refund ASAP!
