App is so buggy and finicky.
Zeeb44

It seems that the app tries to mimic or pull data just like on the website. And the website version is ok because it is a bigger screen and loads faster. But on the app, everything is so buggy. Sometimes the graphics for the menu don't load. If you go into a conversation sometimes when your scrolling through it, it will automatically go all the way back to the bottom. Or open up the customers order history by itself. Then if you try to go back to the conversation it won't let you scroll up and down. Just so many bugs. Please fix it as I pay for this service. Thank you.

Used to be a decent app

...but now the app has gotten very glitchy. I couldn't logout, the dashboard wouldn't scroll up or down properly, and the notifications didn't work at all. After contacting support and emailing back-and-forth several times, they concluded that they didn't know how to solve the problems. For a company that specializes in customer service, I was surprised.

Unusable Mobile App

If you're looking for a platform that also allows you to provide service on the go, this is not it. The interface is just very poor on a mobile, windows frequently don't appear correctly making it impossible to reply, and the entire thing is not intuitive. The web-based interface is ok for the price, but the mobile is not.
