I don’t understand how people are giving the app 4 stars? I just realized I’ve been paying for this app to “optimize” my driving and it had me all over th place until I spent a few minutes asking Siri for step by step directions and I figured the app had me backtracking- I was literally in the same development of a customer and out of curiosity I imputed a route and included another customer in the same development- the app didn’t even have me go there first! I’m done paying for this. I’ll use Siri moving forward

Cost me time and money. Worst routing app I’ve ever used hands down. I got it to keep me from running all over town and that’s EXACTLY what this app does. From one side of town to the other. Does nothing but cost me time and money!

I purchased the Pro version and had three people try to figure out how to operate . It is not user friendly and there is no customer service phone for support.

I run customer service for an entire city. Average 150 homes a day. This app saves me hours of travel time. Customer service has been top notch with any issue I’ve had as well. The only thing I’d change is maybe voice guided directions within the app itself without having to switch back and forth after each stop. Other than that, nice app!

This app is the best navigation app by far. I am a manager for a contractor for DHL and this has made life so much easier for the company. Time training new drivers have literally been cut in half due to the fact road warrior can be taught how to use in one day. It’s cut down my payroll because it makes my drivers much more efficient. Thanks road warrior!

Great until recent updates!

This app has worked great until the most recent updates. I pay for the pro account because I use it just about every day for work. After the most recent updates I’ve started to have issues with it. My routes aren’t showing the stops properly on the maps with listed numbers, and the only time that I can see them is when I go to the screen to optimize the route, but as soon as I try to optimize the route everything disappears again. Please fix this app!

I own a distribution company and on a daily basis we have about 20 stops. Each day we go to different locations. And O!M!G! Is this ap amazing!!! Try it buy it pay for it well worth it!!! Wish you guys had a desktop version to stream line the productivity from the office. But I love it. It’s great. First review I’ve ever written!

I love the app I’m a Home Heatlh therapist. It get me where i need to be. But i have the app on both my iPhone and iPad and if i make changes in one app ie deletions mostly it doesn’t carry over so there i have the new ones and old ones and i cant figure out the route. So multiple devices is more work.
