Fun, amusing, update causes loading issues based on networks

The game is fun, but can lag easily. I didn’t get too far into it with the rebirth process so I can’t review past that. Our 5 year old loved it because it is an idle game, which meant he could play too with just a few taps on the screen. :) unfortunately, I was told with the new update I would have to switch networks because my network is what is making it so the game can’t load as their WiFi and data tested ok on the server. Living in a rural area that isn’t really an option ($200+ a month), so I had to delete the game. If you have beyond 4G LTE and live in an area with inexpensive/really fast WiFi this is a good game to have.

When i open up the app and it will start connecting but thats all it does...trying to connect for hours and days..cant even play the game...what a shame.. my high lvl characters are wasted...
No customization = NO THANKS

It's 2018 and devs STILL don't know how to create proper character customization in their games? It's not much to ask to have a character you can make your own in a MULTIPLAYER MMO STYLE GAME... Lazy as all hell so yeah, no thanks.

Stuck at 40% loading

I’ve been stuck at 40% loading for the past two says after character select. Was perfectly fine and fun before but now I can’t even play :(

Regular map enemies are too easy relative to their related map bosses and the difficulty will vary between the four classes as players level up. In other words, some people can fight certain bosses better than others with little to no challenge whereas some others will have a much harder time. The MVP bosses are just ridiculously impossible sometimes or you can seemingly beat them with just one more millimeter of the screen but will lose at that very last moment. This game requires you to constantly be playing even though it’s an idle game. If you want to speed things up you have to manually press challenge to regular map enemies and go straight to the map boss and then have to keep doing that in order to push maps sooner than if you were to wait on it (I think). You have to constantly be playing, gathering and smelting materials from unused or unwanted gear just to possibly get new and better gear so you be better prepared to fighter harder monsters. And you have quests and achievements to help you get some nice resources that would help out your character a lot and also give you sort of a guide on what needs to be done.

There is no way to contact customer support. Which means should there be bugs, or transaction problems you are out of luck. Many better idle games to (not) play!

I've been a fan of RO since then. I just expect more updates Pros: you don't have to pay just to get diamonds bcuz you'll eventually stack them as you play Cons: DEVS!!! If you’re reading this developers, I am not the only one that feels like you guys don’t care about your players but at least be interactive with your community/players. Suggestions -spar attempt raise please!! At least 6 -hair or original clothes color customization -map/background variety (show us lutie/niflheim) -A feature where we can save our Skill Set Other than that, I’d still rate it 5star Looking forward for future updates!
