Creating work orders is easy

I find that creating work orders is really easy. I am annoyed that after I pick up packages the reminder numbers don’t immediately disappear.
Totally rubbish

The functions are there, but it took forever to load, that it way too annoying.
Latest update broke the app

After the latest update, the app won’t even open. It crashes immediately.
Does not work with ios13 iPhone pro max

The app does not open on iOS 13 running iPhone pro max. Disappointing because ios 13 has been out for sometime now (writing this on 10/24/19). Please fix this.

The support team has emailed me following my previous review with steps to take. They were quick to respond. My last issue with the app is in regards to posts from community members, management, forms, etc. When I hit the back button it shouldn’t take me back to the home screen, it should take me back to the remaining posts that are still unread. Thanks for your help on previous issues support team.

After the last update, the app will no longer launch. Please fix this soon as I cannot notify maintenance that there’s an apartment needing new smoke detector batteries.
