Doesn’t seem to be as user friendly as it was before the up dates occurred. Now it is harder to get the framing correct to place on Instagram and Facebook.

I was attempting to sign up for the 7 day free trial and all of a sudden I was charged $.50 charge. I would like my money back and there are no prompts to just generally contact them. I wouldn’t recommend this app at all.
Too large to fit in Instagram feed

Since the recent update, the finished product is too large to fit in our Instagram feed and/or Story. I’ve used Ripl many times and want to give a 5-star rating, but it’s simply not usable at this point.
Where’s my Free Version?

All I want back is my Free Version because I do not need any upgrades. The new icon takes to the free seven day trial. Why is that? I Don’t care to upgrade. So how do I find my free account?

Charged me before trial was over

These over zealous folks charged me before my trial ended. Useless templates and complicated interface. I might as well use my PC. I can’t even unsubscribe!!! I expect a refund and cancellation. So frustrated!!!!
