Disappointed

darleneoliver50

I have been trying to reach someone about this app not updating and not a single person wants to return my messages. I have been stuck in the same spot for over a month and not one update. Just keeps saying coming soon. I am addicted to this game but I am ready to delete it and let my friends and family know that no one cares about complaints from the people playing it.

This is a great game

I love these kinds of puzzle games!! The movies were so good too!! My favorite character is Blu. I give this game 5 stars!!

As a fan of the Rio Franchise, myself, I love playing this game. What I like most about this game is the characters being able to talk in this game (have dialogue, in other words). However, I do believe that this game could use some cool improvments. 1. For the next upcoming area /. update: I wish to see Eduardo, Mimi, & Eva as unlockable characters via puzzle pieces, along with possibly Linda & Tulio (specifically in their Carnaval Costumes), & Fernando. Also, make changes to Felipe's game model so that he has GREEN Irises in his eyes (Green = his TRUE iris color), not red. Plus, I think he needs more phrases whenever he's touched, & he doesn't seem to speak his phrases when the player loses a level. Can you fix that, too? 2. Play with different characters: So far, you only Blu & Nigel are seen for the majority of the levels. Jewel, the Triplets (Carla, Bia, & Tiago), & Felipe can be seen in the levels as well, but only for a short moment as power ups. It would be very nice if we get to play with different characters in the levels to take Blu's place (with Blu being the default selectable character for the levels). For example, if you play levels with Jewel, she'll take Blu's place as she'll announce the levels & give comments to the player when making match combos. However, there are 2 things to point out for this suggestion. One: If one were to play as Jewel, the Triplets, or Felipe, their respective power ups will have to function differently (ex: Blu taking the character's respective place or the power up unleashed instantly upon tapping for activation). And two: Nigel will still have to barge in to take the character's place in the "Nigel?! Food Fight!" levels. 3. Additional Dialogue: This suggestion is adding additional speaking dialogue specifically for Jewel, the Triplets, & Felipe when activating their power ups, Blu for announcing the "Make the Juice" & "Catch the Chameleons" levels (as well as any other future new types of levels), Nico for level hints, Bia with Glasses (ex: intro to game, new area unlock, gates, etc.), Nigel for gates & Daily Rewards, and Nico, Pedro, & Rafael for the Wheel Spin feature. 4. Easier Difficulty: I know these levels are meant to be challenging, but it would be nice if the levels are slightly easier so players can have more fun enjoying the game. One level worth mentioning, level 255, is very tricky: You need red & yellow fruits to defeat Nigel, but the fruit bunches they produce from make very little of those fruits, while the majority of the fruit produced are blue fruits. For example, the "Guide the Monkeys" levels. Sometimes, you could end up getting stuck, forcing you to start over & lose a life. It would be nice if players do not get stuck & be able to make their next move. One more thing. It would also be nice if Rio characters have other methods to unlock them, such as trading gems to unlock them instantly. 5: Seasonal Areas: Most apps would have special areas to celebrate seasonal things / holidays like Halloween & Christmas. And now that it is October 2017, Halloween is coming real soon. I'm thinking for a Halloween Area, there could be a Haunted Forest: featuring a haunted mansion, dead trees, graves, tombstones, and a quarter moon / half moon (which I call the "angry eye" moon; I somehow find it more intimidating than the full moon.). 6: Ability to change time of day: It would be nice to change the time of day on the map manually between Daytime and Nighttime, as when you progress further, the Jungle area becomes dark. 7: Free Spin: It would be nice if there is a Free Spin that allows you to spin the wheel immediately. Once that spin is done, you could watch a video for another Free Spin, or spend 19 gems for bigger prizes. 8: No life loss when quitting before your first move: Most games do not have lives lost when the player quits a level before making the first move. So, maybe in the next update, lives should not be lost when the player quits a level before making the first move (even if, in some levels, some matches and combos are already done for you before your first move). 9. Ongoing Daily Rewards: Sometimes, the Daily Rewards will reset back to Day 1, even if you start the game everyday. It would be nice if the Daily Rewards can progress even further for bigger rewards, and not reset UNLESS you miss at least 1 day to claim rewards. 10. No puzzle outlines: Once the character puzzles are completed, the outlines of the puzzle pieces should vanish. That way, the character's picture is more clear. 11. A larger variety of music.: So far, there are only 2 music tracks for this game. One for the map, and the other for the levels. I think it'd be nice if the game had some more music added, such as music based on level, maps, or even based on the environment of the map and/or levels. For instance, Halloween locations, mentioned in suggestion 5, can have spooky music. 12. All characters in the map: Not all the characters can be seen in the map. For some reason, only around 6 to 7 characters can be seen in the map. In addition, the Capoeira Turtles (which I believe one of them should have a female voice) only appear in the jungle and don't seem to visit the city. So, I think it would be very nice if ALL of the characters you've unlocked can be seen in the map. After all, you know what they say, the more the merrier! :) 13. Character Feature: It would be a nice treat if you could do extra things with the characters, such as interacting with them, have them speak with another character, etc. 14. Replay Story Scenes: It'd be named nice if we can replay any Story Scenes by tapping on their respective gates in each area. I mean, when I opened the first gate in the Waterfalls area, the characters did NOT speak and the scene was going too fast that I wasn't able to read the speech bubbles. I know it takes time for suggestions like these to be used, but hopefully they will be of good use & make this game awesome. :)
