Couldn't make anything on my iPhone, even the music I paid for that's been on my phone for years, "text tone" collections were just long ringtones

I don't have a laptop so I can't do anything with it. If you could downloading the ringtone(s) to your iPhone without a laptop then it would be much more convenient.
