WHY WHY WHY can I not make tones from any other app than my iTunes?? This is Extremely FRUSTRATING!! ? Change it back so we can make tones from any/all music that is downloaded our phone!!!

Not everyone can fricken afford a computer, every company seams to think that! I just want a descent ring tone
Setup /use requires the use of PC iTunes

Can’t give it more than a one since it is incomplete and therefore useless .
