I DO NOT want to sign on via web access. The most recent update forces you to sign on via the web only. I will not do this. Give us back the ability to sign in directly to the app!!

This app is very poorly done in terms of accessibility with voiceover. As a blind mom, I want my child to be able to watch content from this app, but I cannot independently use this app. Please work to make your app accessible with voiceover so other users can have access to it as well.

I give this app 5 stars for content and 1 star for performance. Pros: Content is amazing! Cons: Constant Rebuffers - The video pauses and the lips and voices aren’t synced so it often looks like you’re watching a voice over from a foreign film. Overall: If the rebuffering problem gets fixed we’re talking about a 5 star app. At the present time I’d have to give it 2.5 stars.
My queue isn’t loading correctly

Lately I’ve been using this app more. I use it exclusively with the latest iOS for iPad. However “my queue” won’t load correctly...the first few words are all that load and they are garbled over the button to open the session. When it first started doing this content took forever to load and would close without warning a few times. The latest update about a week ago (Jan, 2018) which I have must have made this worse because it worked well before that. Generally I really like this app and the content! I will update the star rating once this issue is fixed!
Keeps crashing and my cue is not coherent

The latest update made this app very unstable and I can’t see anything on my cue page as it looks like it is all written on the same line on top of each other.

Great studies and all so well done. You need to fix the bugs. If I add things to my que it doesn’t list down the page. Each one overlays on top of the other, and I can’t click from there to watch the next lessons.

To start off this is an amazing resource and I really do love it. Why it only has a one star rating- I have started watching on my phone more often (iPhone 6s) and I cannot see my queue and now videos are always crashing or he screen will black out and the sound will continue until the video ultimately crashes as well. I really really love this app and often my phone is the only way I can watch it. When this gets fixed I will update the rating but it is a real shame because the app is very unusable in its current state.
Constant crashing

I enjoy the videos but the app keeps crashing and I need to restart the video from the beginning. It's very frustrating. Please fix as I would like to get through a whole series without having to restart.
