The app does its job well but EVERY SINGLE TIME I open the app to check for my bus it gives me the entire tutorial again. I have never once hit the button asking for a tutorial. This is incredibly annoying

Fix the bus times please

I find this really helpful when trying to navigate my route on and off campus! I find the times are reliable and it is very easy to figure out and plan rides.

Not always accurate and crashes sometimes but when it works it is really useful I as a person who dose not have a car find it insanely useful to get around town with this app and my bike because you can take bikes out n lots of the buses

This app blows. The trip planner doesn't work. I put in where I'm at and where so want to go then select "transit" as my mode of travel and I get nothing. I checked the alerts and I says "trip planner coming soon!" How are you going to put out an app then say "Good news everyone! Soon this app will do what it supposed to! Not now but soon!" What a waste of tax money. Get it together Transfort.

This app needs a bit of fine tuning before it can be a reliable tool for planning trips on the Transfort system. Repeated crashes and app freezes render it useless at times. The overall premise is great, but the implementation is quite rough. When zoomed out on a route, the bus markers need to be scaled in order to stay visible when viewing the entire route. Having to zoom in and search the route for the bus is very inconvenient. As stated by another reviewer, providing GTFS data to Google or Bing would provide a much more user friendly and reliable platform to serve this valuable transportation data. Sorry for the novel, just want this grand experiment to work.

If you are trying to use it to find a Bus route for a trip forget it. It doesn't work. It will show walking or bicycle routes but no transit (bus) info. Why in the world would they have an app for bus routes that doesn't show them??
