Not everything is Mac. Works great on my phone .. but my son who actually needs it has android. Why because he is a poor student

I love using this app. It makes planning my trip easier than just guessing. My only complaint is that it doesn’t have any detour routes. For example part of s 92nd street is closed due to construction so the detour route is s 84th street. So it’s very confusing when you know that a street is closed but the app shows that it isn’t.

The purchases of the daily pass and the 90 minutes ticket should be easy and not be hidden away. After spending 15 minutes trying to find the the 90 minutes ticket on the app, I had to call MCTS to walk me through the steps to change from a day pass to the 90 minutes ticket. The app is not user friendly and intuitive. There is NO Q&A about how to use the app like purchasing a 90 minute ticket or the day pass. The purpose of the bus animation. I had a female bus driver badgering me about the bus animation and she was rude. The bus animation should come on everytime the user access the app when it is a day pass. The app does not say anything about tapping on the transfer link to show the bus animation to the driver. This app should come with instructions to inform the user how to use the features. MCTS video promo was useless and the bus drivers are not helpful! A Q&A would have been much appreciated with the app!

It has given me countless rides home and its a dependable source. I am lucky to be able to do my piece to help reduce our pollution. The MCTS app provides an easy and convenient source for environmentally friendly and effective transportation.
Cant see route schedules for weekday Saturday and Sunday

Bus schedule will not pop up for route 56 weekday, Saturday and Sunday all blank white screens.

This is awesome!!! It is super easy and fast! I haven’t had to ride the bus in so long and as I’m going to get my car; I remember I have no cash on me to pay. But this made it so easy to pay and find out where I was going!

My family uses this app a lot as we have teens in different high schools. I would like to see the actual buss stop numbers on the suggested routes. I’d also like to see the ability to look at a route number alone without having to go to the website. Other than those things I love it.

I dislike when you want to activate a ticket and the ticket says error mismatch information and the bus drivers are rude and don’t let you on to wait and see if it can get fixed.

Buses that are behind on time will sometimes be asked to return to base. Going “out of service” buses are still updated within sms and real time updates as if they are still picking up patrons.
