My hover board says that it’s water resistant but I ran through a small puddle and it doesn’t work anymore, I want a refund.

The bio scooter battery

I have the ion aka the bio electric scooter. I talk to cs couple times about the issues with battery. No real answer that helped. But they did say that I’m not under warranty very clearly! Just wanted upgrade parts and where to buy them. No answer but the product is holding up to the details it describes. Places with more hills is limited to use the scooter. Flat land company I guess.

I can’t adjust any settings at all the only thing I can do is pair it and listen to music please fix your bugged app when I first got it in January the settings were changeable

I cannot for the life of me get the music to play. It just won’t work. It says it’s connected but yet fails to play on the actual scooter.???

I plug in my hover board and it says it’s charged all the way and it’s on and I unplug it and it turns off. I press the on button and it doesn’t turn on even when it’s fully charged. Pretty sure it’s broken now.
