Campaign data reset...ALL MY HARDWORK GONE!

I’ve been playing this game since the beginning and collected over 300 Mortys in Campaign mode and now since the update all my data is GONE and the game is reset as if I’m a new player! I’m beyond irate!

I have been playing this game for while about 2 years. But for some reason I lost my progress and I don’t know why. My progress is always backed up to the cloud and I launched it today and I started me from the beginning. I had a lot of time put into my game so I won’t be coming back.

I’ve been playing this game on and off for about 2 years now . I got a new phone and I had about 50 Mortys and I haven’t played it in a few days so I went on the app to find out all of my progress was gone . this has happened to a lot of other people too. And I want to mention that it would say I was logged into my Game Center account but it still wouldn’t have my progress . please fix this problem . me and many others would like to continue playing with the progress we’ve worked on

Error with iCloud lost entire game

I had been playing PM for sometime. I had many exotic Morty’s with all having ratings over 80, I had almost 1 million schmeckles, I had 40+ chips and blips... all gone because Adult Swim Games doesn’t keep any game details on your device and relies 100% on the cloud. So, when Apple has an iCloud error and you open the game not knowing it, it overwrites all previous games and all is lost. I will be deleting this game now. Don’t get to invested in the game as you might find all is gone the next time you fire it up.

My profile was erased and all my progress lost. Maybe test your patch updates on a local scale before rolling out this fart of a fix. Hopefully they fix this otherwise might as well delete it.

After updating to the latest version (v2.21.0) I lost ALL Campaign data (roughly two weeks of play) with no ability to restore it or answers/compensation from the support team. I’m deleting this app! I won’t waste more time on a new game to have it (probably) happen all over again.

transfer The One True Morty

word of advice. if you play the single player mode first..before playing online, you can earn all the Mortys in the game, for single player mode. The One True Morty is the best Morty. it has the best stays and the strongest attacks and you earn it automatically as part of the single player mode. if you then register for online play, the game allows you to transfer 1, only one, just 1 Morty from single player mode into multiplayer online mode. Don't make the same mistake I did. I did not transfer my one true morty. I picked a different Morty. You ABSOLUTELY MUST use your 1 free transfer to transfer your One True Morty over. because otherwise, he is next to impossible to get in online mode. you need to encounter dozens of his eggs in the wild and capture them and they are so rare. i played for weeks in multiplayer online mode and killed thousands of Mortys and only ever found 1 egg. . and i failed to catch it, because rng. meanwhile, practically everyone you duel against in multiplayer has the one true morty. I fought one guy who had 6 of them, their entire team was just One True Morty over and over again and the guy kept spamming stupid emojis at me and so i just DCed myself and deleted the app. . . so, don't make the same mistake as me. TRANSFER YOUR ONE TRUE MORTY! i would have rated the game 5 stars because its the closest thing to a real Pokemon game we will probably ever get on mobile devices. (yes, That's right, i don't consider Pokemon Go a "real" Pokemon game..i mean when have you ever had to feed crystals to Pokemon to level them up in a pokemon game? you always grinded by fighting other pokemon and get xp to level up) anyhoo, this game loses 1 star, because of the one true morty issue, where it's way too grindy to get him in online mode but you can easily earn him in single player, then transfer him over...but if you don't do that, then you kind of screw yourself over. also, the combat system and the stats and the moves are way simplistic compared to pokemon. even Generation 1 pokemon had more complexity. but if you are looking for the best Pokemonlike game out there, this is probably it. just make sure you transfer your One True Morty!

This isn’t about pocket morties. Please bring back all the old games Like unicorn dash, giant bolder of death, and all those stuff. It’s sad that they were deleted
