I started listening to this podcast when I became serious about losing weight and changing my lifestyle. There have been days when I didn't want to run, but went anyway because I wanted to listen to the new "Monday" podcast. It's always fun, relatable, and thought provoking. Many thanks to Rich for creating such an inspirational space!

Huge fan of Rich and his podcasts.. actually, everything that he does. With this regard, like many of his fans' reviews, I don't think I have anything that I wouldn't recommend to my circle of family and friends. Love all his guests and the topics they share so thank you Rich!

This is the first podcast I've ever listened to, and I'm obsessed with it! Rich and Julie are an awesome duo, and I totally feel inspired by their vibes. I really like the option to download a podcast over wifi and listen to it later. I do this for work, and actually listen to it all day for 8 hrs straight! I haven't had any technical issues. The only improvement I would like to see would be a little icon or something that shows me when I've already listened to an episode, because I can lose track. Other than that, I am in love with this app and podcast! Keep 'em coming Rich and Julie!

I've been tuning in to Rich's podcast for a year now. Absolutely the best I've found. I look forward to it every week, and even if, on the rare occasion, it sounds like I might not relate to the guest, I am proven wrong and walk away inspired. I'm hooked. I recently stumbled on to the RRP and I've become hooked. Rich has an amazing story, brings a diverse array of guests and does a fantastic job of not projecting judgment. I was intimidated by the length of his podcasts at first, but after listening to several it became apparent that the extra time allows him to get below the surface of each topic and/or guest.
