Had over a hundred songs written then they updated the app and they were all deleted... horrible.

This app is really great as you know by the other reviews that’s why I gave it a five star but I just need to ask: Can you change your username? Cause I can’t see that you can but please someone tell me somehow. Besides that, this is AMAZING

I like this app. A lot. It is one of those rare combinations of something simple yet very useful. It does what it says it does, and it does so in a way that it does not distract from the writing process. And I am quite impressed with the personal attention given to customer comments. The first time I tried it, a few months ago, I found a bug where the bottom menu bar covered the syllable count. It was distracting enough to make me write a review, something I almost never do. There was an immediate response from the developer, asking me to contact them about the details. I did so, there was a bit of back and forth for clarification, then after a few weeks — with no further prompting from me — the company emailed me again and told me they had indeed found the bug I had noted, had fixed the problem, and they hoped I would reinstall the software. I did so, and they were right, it is fixed. I upgraded my rating to 5 stars. I really appreciated not only their quick initial responses, but the fact that they took the time to follow up with me weeks later.

My #1 app for writing lyrics

This is the best app out there for writing lyrics. Each word gets highlighted as it rhymes with other words in the stanza, all different colors so you can keep track, and the best part is the automatic rhyming dictionary that pops up. I get to the end of a line, wonder where I’m going next, and cruise through the words until I find the perfect word. It’s always there. Thanks so much for helping me get this new album off the ground, and thank you so much for creating such a wonderfully useful app.

I love the way the app works. It’s simple, easy to use, and the community is very positive. I also appreciate the fact that you can make your songs public and add links to soundcloud so you can hear how the artist themself delivers their lines. Features I’d like to see added - •Edit what songs are in folders. When making an album I’d like to be able to remove songs from folders in case I decide to cut a song from the album so I can be more organized •Edit the title of folders •Add links to other media for released songs (Apple Music, Spotify, etc.) •Edit the order of songs in folders Those are currently the only changes I’d like to see added. I spent $10 on the pro version and I don’t regret it, I’d suggest paying for it too if you enjoy the app as much as I do. I’m a poet and song writer. I used to write down my poem ideas as they came to me with a lot of crossed-out words and verses. The thing about writing is not to fall in love with your words, but be critical in the main point of the poem. This app makes the changes clean and organized and gives a lot of rhyming ideas as I write. It was a great asset with the last song I completed. I highly recommend this app if you are into writing lyrics and poems.
