Complete lack of sharing via iMessage/text. App layout feels like a prepackaged off the shelf option. If only RH showed as much pride in their App as they do in their products.

App satisfies the basic need of replacing the ridiculously wasteful catalogs. Unfortunately it could be so much more. There is a lot of potential, on iPad in particular, that RH is not taking advantage of currently.

Nice to have every catalog in your pocket, but absolutely terrible follow through to look at any product's details. The app loads their website *without scaling*, so you have to pan around to view any product photo, let alone read any details. It is the epitome of horizontal scrollbars - for *everything* outside of the catalog pages. Even then, it's one page at time (despite their many two page spreads). Just leaves you wanting.. more than the lovely products.

Was ready to purchase. Towels, rugs, bedding bath fixtures for new home. Not user friendly at all. Fussy and pretentious. Ugh. If I could give no stars I would.

I assume the review should be for app,, it is just terrible... the UI is awful! I wanted to see their dining tables but the app is not working! Immediately deleted and used my browser again

The furniture at this place is beautiful but don't plan on looking for it online or on your phone all you're doing is looking through one of their catalogs not a good experience hard to navigate and very hard to find items you're looking for

This is may be the shoddiest app I've ever downloaded. It's extremely awkward to use, bordering on unusable. On an iPhone 7+ in landscape it's *barely* usable. If you accidentally click instead of swipe you're taken directly to their website, which normally would be okayish but it's not mobile… so you're presented with a page with tiny text and a layout not remotely mobile friendly. The main reason I took the time to write this is because RH commands (in most cases) insanely high prices (albeit for relatively high quality goods) and to put out an abortion of an app like this is completely astounding. I've never been a huge fan of RH, and this app has done nothing to improve my opinion of them. The real travesty is that their catalogue layout and photography is gorgeous. I'm sure if they decided to prioritize development on this app it would also be gorgeous as well. RH would be much better served to completely pull this app than to offer this abomination.

I haven't expected it but it's totally uncomfotable in using. The interface is awful and one more awkward move turns to a tragedy.

Shopping in this app is pretty easy until you have to use the zoom. I wish the zoom was smoother. Other than that the app works great!
