Weird Ending

HStabler

I personally really liked it, and liked that there was a hint option because otherwise I wouldn't have figured out some of it. The only thing I had a problem with was the ending, because I was left a little confused as to what even really happened (at the end). I actually thought there was a mistake and that wasn't the ending, but I was unfortunately disappointed in that not being a mistake. Overall though, pretty great game, not sure I would've paid for it though had it not been free.

Hated it

I kept thinking it was just introducing the world & soon the game would start. But it never did, and it ended awful. Totally boring.

Rewind

Great game; wish the ending played out with a better cutscene however

Short and boring

RPGS fan

The game wasn't much fun. You spend most of your time in one room, occasionally solving pointless puzzles. When you finally get out of the room, you get to walk down a hallway and then, as your reward, you get to go back to the same room. Then, when things seem like they're finally going to get interesting, it's over. I didn't care at all about the main character or the story. Not for me I guess.

Not bad

Rewind isn't bad, it just doesn't live up to its own hype. The games are adolescently easy, but the story a little complicated. It was hard to keep up with the characters. By the time you realize the story didn't matter much, the game ended (rather abruptly). Still the game looks good and can be completed in a little under 2 hours.

Could have been better... ?

Overall the graphics, storyline, and character development were great. It was fun to play what little time I had to the end. The puzzles were involving and you actual had to read and think about some of the answers. However, the game itself was not satisfying. I was expecting a really long story divided in chapters you had to pay for to continue. This was not the case. Is it just not finished? I don't know. It also made no sense (spoiler) that you had to go back to the same room you started in when you left the first time. It wasn't an accident you were lead to classified information. The scene was set up like people were helping you escape, but no, you had to return back to the same room like nothing ever happened. The worst part was the end like I mentioned earlier. For the people whom actually cared about the story and characters who read through EVERYTHING it was a great disappointment. You are left with no absolute answer as to what happened. I really hope this is not the end because if it is I would be sorely disappointed. I am glad I did not pay for something like this. In fact something that leaves the reader hanging after having them reader so much with little movement should not be more than 2 dollars. It was far too short for everyone's if not a large majority of people's liking, not just mine.

Great game but too short

DropoutHobo

It plays like an interactive movie, the puzzles are easy but the story is good, it's so good that the ending feels a bit anti climatic and leaves you wanting more

Potential is there

aaaKU

This game could be great but instead it's just a little confusing and a lot of reading. Also it is very short and ends abruptly

Could have been great

CyndyML

It's a story with small puzzles along the way. The biggest problem, and it's huge, is that it's like watching the first 15 minutes of a mystery and then finding out that the rest of the movie wasn't made, or like having 2 bites of an appetizer and learning that's all there is. What's there is excellent, but it is incomplete.

Interesting story, but plays too short

PubertPowers

Entertaining for sure, but when you expect the game to really get good, it just ends. Didn't make sense why they developed such an interesting story line just to cut the game short. As long as this game is free, definitely worth it. If there is ever a price tag on it in its current form, its immediately not worth it. I'd say play the free version of the Silent Age instead.
