The Reviews have been out for a while and so has the App. You would think they would correct the wrong answers by now. So many answers are wrong! Who wrote this app, a bunch of drunk monkeys?

This app was an amazing study aid for my ACSP 10.8 exam!!! The app was easy to use and the questions were very similar to the type and content in the real exam!! I'd recommend this to anyone studying for their ACSP exam!!!!

I used this for both the OS X Mountain Lion desktop and server tests and passed both. There were a few concerns I had on the desktop test and the author was very responsive. The desktop version is good and helped the server version is fair. Lots of questions on the server version not covered here so do not depend on this as your whole guide. While not related to this app but relevant to those wanting to pass the server exam the official study guide is 1/2 the size and the exercises are not as detailed. So to pass you need to supplement your training.

Just like the title of my review says, this app makes studying for Apple exams very simple and the sample tests are surprisingly effective in test preparation.

I used the peachpit study guides and this app to prepare me for the 10.7 and 10.8 support essentials certification exams. I would highly recommend this app to anyone looking to test their knowledge of OS X.

As another reviewer said, I used this app and the Peachpit book to pass the Support Essentials certification. Hope they produce a 10.9 version. I would buy it.

Not Bad, but Not Great

This app is OK. Do not use it as your only means of studying. If you do then don't expect to pass. You have to read the book and have some experience with OS X as well. This app helps get your feet wet with the OS if you don't already have a lot of experience with OS X. It also touches at a high level a lot (not all) of the subjects you'll be tested on, and gives you practice with an exam simulation. Beware though, the questions asked in the simulation are not even close to what is asked on the actual exam and go into much more depth into each subject. Overall this is an OK app to start off your studying with. Just don't expect to pass the test if this is all you use. YOU HAVE TO READ THE BOOK!!
